Valentina Castle is amazing. I always choose it for my stay. They helped me with car service. It suits me perfectly: Wi-Fi, Free parking, Locker room, table tennis, hiking. Coming back for New Year!

The room was a cozy sanctuary after a tiring day of exploring. The seating area was perfect for unwinding and relaxing, and I loved the comfortable furniture for dining in the deluxe rooms. The large terrace added a touch of serenity to my stay.

Personally, I found the separate small corner for dining in the deluxe rooms a bit unnecessary.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, with convenient children's playground and a restaurant nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean and have good views. The staff is generally helpful and cheerful, especially the young girls at the reception. The hotel offers great spa facilities, and there is always a gentleman walking around to ensure everything is perfect.

The pool area has some chemical problems that need to be addressed.

Good food and friendly waiters. The room was clean and spacious. The view from the top was amazing, and it was easy to get around.

The hotel was loud with construction work and we basically had no privacy in our supposed romantic getaway. The sulfur-smelling tap water and the half room setup with the thin inside door separating us from the other guests let us hear everything and everyone – worst ever experience in any hotel.

The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the views of the city from our room were breathtaking. We especially enjoyed the spa and natural hot spring, which were extremely soothing. Additionally, the restaurant was superb with delicious food and attentive waitstaff.

The weekend at the hotel was enjoyable, with two key attractions being the amazing view and the great spa facilities. the hotel is also situated in a prime location, perfect for a weekend getaway from busy life. the huge, comfy beds add to the luxurious experience of the hotel and were much appreciated.

The hotel lacked in certain areas. the air conditioning units were not sufficient and the rooms were uncomfortably hot at times.

I had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel! The breathtaking view from my room was absolutely stunning. I could see the town and it was truly mesmerizing. The staff at this place were so friendly and provided the best service I have ever encountered. They were always there to assist with anything I needed, from car hire to grocery shopping. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping my room clean and tidy throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the welcome drink upon my arrival, a nice touch that made me feel instantly welcomed. The room amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and a sitting area where I could relax and enjoy the view. The spa and wellness center was a highlight of my stay. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services provided the ultimate relaxation. I also appreciated the sun terrace and seasonal outdoor pool, perfect for enjoying the beautiful garden area. The free Wi-Fi and parking were convenient bonuses.
